Why did you create ClawNow?
We built ClawNow to make powerful AI assistants accessible to everyone, not just developers. OpenClaw is an amazing open-source project, but setting it up requires technical knowledge. ClawNow removes that barrier so non-technical users can experience the power of a personal AI assistant with ease.
What is OpenClaw?
OpenClaw (formerly known as Clawdbot/Moltbot) is an open-source AI assistant framework that connects to messaging platforms like WhatsApp and Telegram. It can be powered by leading AI models from Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (GPT).

Infrastructure & Performance

Where does my bot run?
Your bot runs on premium cloud servers in secure data centers. We use enterprise-grade infrastructure to ensure your bot is always available and responsive.
What resources does my bot get?
Each bot is allocated dedicated resources: 1GB of RAM and 25GB of disk space. This ensures your bot runs smoothly without competing for resources with other users.
Is my bot always running?
Yes! Your bot runs 24/7 on our servers. We have automated health monitoring that detects issues and automatically restarts your bot if needed, ensuring maximum uptime.

What can I use my AI assistant for?
Your AI assistant can help with a wide variety of tasks including: answering questions, brainstorming ideas, writing assistance, language translation, research summaries, coding help, scheduling reminders, daily motivation, learning new topics, and much more. Can I use it for my business?

Can my family members use my bot?
Your bot is connected to your WhatsApp or Telegram account. Anyone who can message you can interact with your bot if you configure it that way. Many families share a bot for homework help, recipe ideas, travel planning, and general questions.

Setup & Getting Started

How do I set up my bot?
Setting up is simple: 1) Sign up and choose your AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI), 2) Enter your API key from your chosen provider, 3) Complete payment, 4) Scan the QR code with WhatsApp or connect your Telegram bot token. That's it! Your bot will be ready in minutes.
Where do I get an API key?
You'll need an API key from either Anthropic (console.anthropic.com) or OpenAI (platform.openai.com). Create an account with your preferred provider, add billing information, and generate an API key. This key allows your bot to use the AI model.
Which AI provider should I choose?
Both are excellent choices. Anthropic's Claude is known for being helpful, harmless, and honest with strong reasoning abilities. OpenAI's GPT models are versatile and widely used. Try one and you can always switch later by updating your API key.

Security & Privacy

Is my data secure?
Yes, security is a top priority. Your API key is encrypted at rest. Your bot runs in an isolated container separate from other users. We don't store your conversation history - messages go directly between you and the AI provider.
Who can see my conversations?
Your conversations are between you and your AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI). ClawNow does not have access to your message content. Please review your AI provider's privacy policy for how they handle data.
What security practices should I follow?
We recommend: 1) Never share sensitive passwords or financial details with your bot, 2) Keep your API key private, 3) Use a strong password for your ClawNow account, 4) Log out of shared devices, 5) Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. When you cancel your subscription, your bot container is stopped and your encrypted API key is deleted from our systems. You can also contact support to request complete account deletion.

Billing & Subscription

How much does ClawNow cost?
ClawNow costs $20/month for unlimited bot usage. This covers your dedicated server resources, 24/7 uptime, automatic health monitoring, and customer support. Note: You'll also need to pay your AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) separately for API usage.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your bot will continue running until the end of your current billing period, then it will be stopped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
