- Payment Information: When you subscribe to our Service, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number; Stripe provides us with a token and limited card details (last 4 digits, expiration date) for record-keeping.
- Bot Configuration: We collect the bot name you choose, your phone number, messaging service preference (WhatsApp or Telegram), and AI provider preference (Anthropic or OpenAI).
- API Keys: We collect and store your AI provider API keys in encrypted form using AES-256 encryption. These keys are used solely to power your chatbot and are never shared with third parties.
- Support Communications: If you contact us for support, we may collect information contained in your communications.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our Service, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps.
- Device Information: We may collect information about your device, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, store, access, or process the content of your conversations with your AI chatbot. Your chat messages are transmitted directly between your messaging app (WhatsApp/Telegram) and your chosen AI provider (Anthropic/OpenAI) through your personal bot instance. ClawNow has no visibility into these conversations.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: To create and manage your account, deploy and maintain your chatbot, and provide customer support.
- Payment Processing: To process your subscription payments and manage billing.
- Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve our Service.
- Communications: To send you service-related notifications, updates, and (with your consent) marketing communications.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
- Security: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or security concerns.
